Sign Up to the Free Online Physical Activity Clinical Champion Training (PACC) on the prevention and management of long term conditions, focusing on how to talk to get patients active.
The PACC session on 5 February 1300-1415 will be delivered by Michelle Turner, Diabetes Specialist Nurse and Physical Activity Clinical Champion.
PACC is an initiative that offers free clinician to clinician training to professionals working in healthcare. This supports you to improve patients care and outcomes.
